The food is cooked with the wok so the food has wok-hei. Ramen is very very yummy, esp the black garlic ramen! I highly recommend coming here for the food! If we had more than 1 night at Aomori, we would have come here again The only negative was that my eyes were stinging from the smoke, but that may be because we sat at the counter (so 1 star taken for...

Honcho Ramen has a very rustic vibe, with the owner being the only person running the shop when I was there. Had the Rich Miso Ramen, the broth was very flavourful. Ordered an Egg Fried Rice to share as well, and the taste was rich with a wok hei flavour to it. Prices were affordable as well, with each dish costing around...
