Ukabu Coffee — Restaurant in Ashiya

Small coffee roaster and cafe in Ashiya. I have only checked it out once. They sell relatively freshly roasted coffee beans. I bought their Indonesian single origin. 芦屋川駅降りてすぐの商店街の奥の方に歩いて行くとお店があります。店内は4席だけイートインできるお席がありますが基本的にそんなに長居はできません。カフェというより本格焙煎コーヒーが飲める豆屋やんと言うお店です。 店名にもあるように、コーヒーは本格自家焙煎の豆を使い常時5〜6種のコーヒーから好みのものを選び購入できます。中深煎り〜深煎りの豆ですがどれも個性があり全然違う味わいなので行くたびに楽しみになっています。 コーヒーはもちろん美味しいのですが、フード類も全て手作りでオリジナルのものばかりでとても美味しいです。おすすめは「はてなトースト🍞」です。詳しくはお店に行った際に店主さんに聞いてみてください。 あとこの辺りでは珍しく朝の8時から営業していてモーニングタイムはコーヒーもお得になるので毎朝行ける人にはとてもいいですね。 店内のインテリアも各地域で買い付けてきた個性的なものばかりで飾ってある絵もお店の方が描かれているものでとても素敵です。 ホッとひと息ゆっくりとした時間を味わう...
