Located inside Hon Atsugi Station. Ordering your meal is by a machine with touchpad screen located by the entrance. The machine isn’t multi-language, only Japanese. There are pictures of every meal and sets that include potatoes. The dessert menu is very interesting with pancakes and parfait to delight your taste buds.

There isn’t much interaction with the Staff except when you pick up your drinks and food. Your order number will be on a screen where you will pick up your meal tray and return it to a window when completed.

The food is borderline, the rice tastes old. The Chicken Nan-ban was a little watery and salty. The Ginger ale wasn’t strong.

The atmosphere is good, nice lighting and spacious. The noise of the trains passing and people walking by takes away from the quiet, easy to talk atmosphere.

Overall: The atmosphere is the best part of this restaurant. I recommend getting a dessert item and relax here. The main menu foods might not be what you will like. Give this...

Their coffee is really good and one can choose from several kinds of it. They have French press, too.

Food is good and comes out quite quickly after ordering. I made a mistake of ordering a salad with my lunch. It was basically a few leaves of lettuce with vinegar/dressing and a spoonful of fried onion. Definitely not worth even the little extra you have to pay.

There is really no service as you order through a machine, then need to go to get your own food and drinks and then return the dishes. The staff seem nice but there is barely any interaction with them. Overall, considering the lack of service etc. I think the pricing is much higher than it should be. 子供がパフェを食べたいと言うのでカフェ利用目的で行きました。 店頭の端末で注文・決済をし注文票を受け取り店員に渡す。セットの飲み物はその場ですぐ渡される。料理が出来たら店内のディスプレイに注文番号が表示されるので自分で取りに行くという方式です。店頭端末は新紙幣に対応していません。手持ちの現金が新紙幣しか無かった為に駅構内で買い物して旧紙幣を用意する必要が有りました。(両替は不可なので他所で用意しろと言われました。) 席は空いている場所に自由に座る方式。テーブルが濡れていたりゴミが置いて有ったので綺麗そうな席を探す必要が有りました。テーブルセットはセルフなのかもしれませんがテーブル布巾などは見あたりませんでした。 お店の雰囲気はよく言えばにぎやか、悪く言えばうるさい。ママ友グループの会話がかなり盛り上がっていましたが特段注意も無し。店員同士も談笑で盛り上がっています。 料理が出てくるのは結構待たされました。パフェとフロートを注文して受け取りまで15-20分要しました。席から厨房が見えましたが談笑したりマニュアルを見たりなどで作ってはいるけどなかなか出来上がらない。遠目に出来上がったように見えましたがディスプレイに注文番号が表示される様子は有りません。厨房に確認に行くと、もう出来上がっている 口頭で一回呼び出したけど来ないから置いていたとのこと。パフェとフロートのアイスが溶けていたので残念でした。にぎやかな店内なので注文後は注意が必要なようです。別の客には席まで運んでいたようなので対応は店員の気分で変わるのかもしれません。 味は普通でした。カップもカトラリーも使い捨てのプラなのはテイクアウトも出来る店なだからなのか。テーブルやソファ類が綺麗でおしゃれなのに対して安っぽく感じました。 接客はセルフの店なので接客という概念が無いのかもしれません。店員さんは厨房スタッフの感覚なんだと思います。他の口コミにも有りましたが、いらっしゃいませ ありがとうございました も言いません。 お店の綺麗な雰囲気とのギャップで不快に感じることか有りましたが、自分の意識を変えて ちょっと綺麗なイオンのフードコート...
