和日庵 喜治 — Restaurant in Azumino

This restaurant offers creative Japanese cuisine that makes abundant use of local ingredients. The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a relaxed setting. I visited for lunch and was impressed by the dishes made with seasonal ingredients. They were not only visually beautiful but also exceptionally delicious. I paid an additional 650 yen to upgrade my rice to sea bream rice, and it was fantastic. The sansho pepper added a wonderful accent to the exquisite flavor of the sea bream. The restaurant itself was clean and had a tranquil ambiance. I was also thrilled to have a table by the window with a view of the Northern Japanese Alps. However, the service staff had no smiles at all and simply placed the dishes on the table without any explanation. Although I could understand the dishes from the menu, I didn't feel any sense of hospitality. It's a shame because the food was truly outstanding.

電話対応...忙しいのか慌しい対応で心配になった。 コースメニューは季節によって変わるので アレルギーや、苦手なお料理の確認がなかったので ある場合は事前に伝えた方が良い。 妊娠がいたので、お刺身を焼き魚に変更してくれた。 柿のシャーベットと聞いていたがメロンシャーベットだったメロンアレルギー....、牛肉アレルギーだったが メニューに出ると知らず 出てきて食べれなかった。

接客対応....慌し、暗い、笑顔がない 前半お料理は早めだったが 後半とても遅かった お肉とご飯をいっしょに食べたかったので お願いをしたが 「ご飯すぐお持ちしますと言って6分後...にきた」 お好みの焼き加減が... もうお肉がしっかり焼き上がり 食べ終えてしまった... 来た白米は...平らにべたっと押しつけた状態

安曇野市穂高にある懐石料理店だね‼️店の前からは雪化粧したアルプスの山々が目前だね‼️特に常念岳がひときわ目立ち美しい‼️。この地方では珍しくコジャレタ懐石料理だ。地元の食材を使ったシンプルな料理とても美味しかった。但し接客係の対応がいまいちだった。高級風に見せようと気取っていたが全く似合わなかったそして笑顔もなく最後に予定時間を超えていると凄い形相だった。明らかに教育不足。にわか仕込みであつたね。せっかくの食事も台無しだったよ本当に残念だった。接客以外は良いのだが店の雰囲気にあった接客が大切ですよ。帰り際もありがとうございましたの挨拶すらなかった。お祝いや法事の席として使われる事が多くとにかく幹事に恥をかかせないで下さい。次回訪れる時は改善され気持ちよく食事ができ...
