We had two portions of tasty ramen, both very good and flavourful. Also a side of Gyoza that was equally delicious. Aside from that, we had a slight hiccup at the cashier, the automated machine used for counting the money did not work properly and 2,000 JPY was not recognized in the system. お腹空いたので、ごくまるラーメンでお食事🎵とんこつスタンプラリーに載っていた『濃厚豚骨』を注文。『片栗粉入れた⁉️』って思う程、超濃厚かつコッテリドロドロスープ😅こんなに麺にスープが絡まないのが普通だけど、メチャクチャ絡んでる🤣(最初の写真) でも、これが美味しい😋スープはすするというよりもはや『食べる』感じ。冷えたらゼラチンみたいに固まるかもwww スープを飲みたいなら『コク旨豚骨』を頼んだ方が良いですね😊
4種類全部食べたので、簡単な食レポを。(※個人的な感想です。★は一般的な目線でこれぐらいかな？という感じになります。) ①あっさり豚骨 オススメ度★★★★ ・ごくまるラーメンの基本型。初めての人はまずはこれを食べてみて。 ・あっさりしてるけど、旨味はしっかりあって食べ応えがある。 ・濃い味を食べ慣れてる人でも不満なく美味しく食べられる味。
②コク旨豚骨 オススメ度★★★★★ ・頭でイメージしやすい『コッテリだけどあっさり』を形にしたラーメン。 ・しっかりしたコクと旨味を味わえるので、迷ったらこれ一択 ・バランスが取れている味なので、純粋な豚骨味を求めている人にオススメ‼️ (個人的にはこれが一番大好きです😋)
③醤油豚骨 オススメ度★★★★ ・食べた瞬間、口の中に醤油の味と香りが広がる ・豚骨でも醤油風味が強め。醤油ラーメンが好きな人は迷わず選択するべし ・さっぱり目の豚骨スープに醤油風味。コクはしっかりとあるのでオススメ🎵
