The Braised sliced pork belly has it's slight original pork flavour, the soya sauce sweetness comes through when you start chewing it fats. I order the kimchi side dish ; which was spiked with sesame oil, to balanced the the rich, savoury bowl of goodness. You can start to appreciate all that hardwork and time taken from every bite, Thank you chef!
