他の方もレビューで書かれていますが、ウーバーイーツに書かれている配達時間5〜20分と記載されているにも関わらず１時間半以上遅れて謝りもせずに平気で持ってくる。 あまりにも到着が遅いので配達員に何かあったのか？とも思い、何度か店舗に電話したが 「配達には向かっているのでもうすぐ届くと思います。配達員とは連絡が取れない。」との事。 しばらく待ってみるとそこから４０分以上来ない。 店舗から自宅まで20分ぐらいで着く距離なのだが………。

もう一度電話をしてみると、 「配達しているのが新人なので道に迷っているかもしれない」と。

しばらく待つとピザは来たが１時間以上前に出発したはずのピザは何故か出来立て熱々であった。

トッピングもカットも雑で汚いし、２０分で届くと書いてあったから頼んだのにドミノピザへの信頼はなくなった。

１時間半かかるなら１時間半かかると書いて欲しい。 と店長に話したが、ドミノピザ本部がウーバーイーツの配達時間をいじらせてくれない、との事。 店舗のスタッフも困っているが本部からの指示で5〜20分になっていて変える事は出来ないと仰っていました。
