I had the Japanese set meal with grilled fish, chickens and cold noodles. The fish was delicious—nicely grilled with a great texture and flavor. Personally, I’m not a big fan of cold noodles, so that part wasn’t my favorite. But the egg cream in the set was really tasty and smooth—it balanced the meal well. Overall, it was a good experience.

座敷があるという事でお店に行きました。 土曜日ということもあり混雑していて、機械にて整理券を取るシステムでした。 しかし席の選択が無く店長っぽい方に小さい子がいて椅子にうまく座ってられないから時間は空くまで待つので座敷指定でお願いしたいです。と伝えました。すると 混雑してて番号順で案内するので無理ですと言われました。

座敷があると事前に確認してお店に行ったのに混雑していたら番号順で選べないなんて訳が分からず 本当に腹が立ちました お年寄りの方で膝が悪く座敷で座れない方などにも 順番なのでと椅子ではなく座敷に通すのでしょうか？

サガミの味噌煮込みが好きで、よく行きますが、知立店は初めてでした。 いつも通り、大好きな黒豚味噌煮込みをオーダーしましたが、豚肉が完全な生の真っ赤な状態で出てきたので、温め直してもらいました。しかし麺は少し硬さが失われており、味噌の風味も飛んでしまっており、味わいがいつもに比べて非常に少なくなってしまいました。味噌煮込みうどんは硬い麺と味噌の風味が命なので、今回は初めてあまり美味しくないと感じました。 血が滴るほどの真っ赤な豚肉をお客に出して、それを温め直して出すと言うのは、パフォーマンスとしても悪手だと思います。 サガミでは、初めてのことでびっくりしました。 フロアの女性のスタッフさんたちは皆さん親切で丁寧な人たちです。 調理スタッフがどのような感じか分かりませんが、いい人...
