Just an absolutely wonderful dining experience all around. The service here was great. The ladies were all very sweet and helpful. They'll bring you a teapot but they also have the tea self-serve as needed. They do accept credit cards at 2000 yen.

I thoroughly recommend getting the bento box. It was light but still flavorful. it comes with a shoe of umeshu. The umegae mochi was wonderful with a good crispy and chew. It's served pretty hot so take your time with it.

They have a QR code for you to scan to order in English, Japanese, Chinese, or Korean. The staff here, at least some of them, speak good English. If you're in Dazaifu, especially by the Shrine, and want food, I thoroughly recommend this establishment. Foreigners/tourists will have an...

We only got a couple of the famous plum cakes while they were getting ready to open. The cakes tasted great and the staff were very courteous. I recommend folks to come here for drinks/food instead of staying on the tourist strip as this is a much more quiet and calm environment for a more...
