鮨太郎 — Restaurant in Fujinomiya

We started with the Special combo ¥3300. It was good. I was surprised by the quality and flavor of the Irura and Uni. Both were great. The large Ebi (shrimp) was also very tasty. The Kane (crab) mino soup was also special and flavorful.

We went from there to individual nigiri. We loved the Awabe (abalone) and the Akagai (arkshell fish).

We then ordered a couple of negitoro hand rolls. Also very good!

The Salmon nigiri was outstanding! Fresh and delicious!

Hirame was tasty, but we weren't fond of the texture.

Finished with another ikura and Uni.

All in all, a great find for outstanding sushi.
