Unpleasant experience, poor service, we didn't feel welcomed at all.
They had this most ridiculous rule that you have to return the key to the reception EVERY TIME WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOTEL, simply because "they are expensive", said the staff. So you are being watched when you leave the hotel, they will call you to ask for the key if you forget to do it.....It makes the whole stay so uncomfortable and wired. We are guests, not prisoners!
Plus, the staff were not very friendly, not willing to help either when we had trouble. They just reply "No" bluntly to your request. Thanks to google translate, we solved the problem by ourselves.
The new renovated room still has a strong new material / paint smell, and it is super small, very narrow between the TV and the bed, i have to twist my body to be able to walk pass.
The double bed is joined by 2 beds, there is a hard edge in the middle so the two person still can't sleep together.
Not worth the money considering the service and experience you get. Among the 7 hotels we stayed during this trip, this is the worst. Now i understand where other bad reviews come from.
