Everything is perfect!!! The architecture, the wood furniture, decoration, and the services are all top notch. The building has natural wood scent which is very soothing. Bed is comfy. The location is a few steps from Mt Fuji World Heritage Center. There are plenty of parking space in the front. The staff are very helpful. Ogushi-san helped me book the restaurant for dinner and even walk with me to the restaurant. When I do some work in the lounge at night. She prepared me some hot tea and snack. And they have the self service open bar. Guests can have all the alcohol drinks such as sake, plum wine or whisky by themselves. The breakfast is beautifully presented, fresh and tasty. If I travel to Japan again, I might even plan another stop in Fuinomiya just to stay...

Had the most wonderful stay here, the atmosphere was so serene especially with the scent of fresh wood. The attention to detail in the craftsmanship of the building and the attention the staff gives you is top notch. We stayed for two nights and both breakfasts were delicious and having the sauna for the end of the night was perfect. The staff are so sweet and attentive, with personalized notes and snacks upon your return from your daily activities. I just cant get over how nice everyone was, made me feel at home. The space is very welcoming and relaxing with an amazing view. Also a perfect location! Seriously couldn't get enough of this place, I was so sad to leave but so grateful to have experienced this...

Amazing experience. I wasnt sure what to expect, thinking it was a guesthouse, but it was only me renting the whole place. You have your own bar, tea, coffee, snacks and they made a vegetarian breakfast. There is an upstairs with a nice view of fuji and heritage center, wood bath, and sauna. The care and attention put into the place is a work of art and shows the care and attention to detail. You become part of the art when you stay here. They sent me off with a beautiful gift and welcomed with a matcha. There is an amazing vegetarian...
