Soyokaze — Restaurant in Fujisawa

Went here on a Monday around 9:30, two patrons in store, two entered during my meal. Think there was 8-10 seats.

Looks like an older building and inside is definitely not like normal ramen shop as there's glass between chef and patrons.

Ordered the niboshi shoyu priced 890 jpy at this time. Served pretty quickly. First impression, really good noodles, subtle niboshi and soy taste, could say light. Chashu was pretty good also was portion ofnods. Would rank this place more at 3.6 but on gmaps I can't so rounded up.

If you want to try a light niboshi soy in this area this could be worth trying. Plus for open until 11 pm and also open...

【らーめんそよ風】 仕事帰りに久しぶりに訪問。

今回は入って右側の券売機左上の極み☆ 煮干し しょうゆ(930円)と味玉(120円)をポチりして、前回と同じく、カウンター席左から3番目に着席後に、食券を渡して着丼を待ちました。

夜の部開始直後という事もあり、待たずに着丼!!

私好みな腰のある細麺と醤油前面で煮干し香るスープ美味し♪しっとりとして美味いほうれん草も相変わらずだし、チャーシューもいい食感だ。

そうそう、お好みでどうぞと添えられた柚子胡椒を入れての味変もバッチグー！

あっ、トッピングした味玉もいい半熟度で満足！瞬く間に完飲完食しました。

次回は、辛麺1号を食べてみるかな🤔

カウンター席左から3番目に着席後に、ランチタイムサービスで中盛りでお願いしました。(ライス選択も可能です。)

ラストオーダーの少し前に伺った事もあり、待たずに素早く着丼!!

腰のある細麺とあっさり目のつけ汁が実にいい感じ。スルスルと食べ進めつつ、合間に海苔を巻いていただいたら海苔も美味い♪お浸しみたいなほうれん草は増しでも良かったかも、実にいい食感でした。二種のチャーシューもどちらも美味く、別のメニューが既に気になっているモードで麺完食からのスープ割り。うん、これまたいいね(*^^)vお気に入り店に追加しました。次回は一番人気の煮干しかなぁ🤔

まぜそばの味付けはしっかりしており、麺のコシも良かったですが、具材は少なく感じました。もう少し具材が多いと満足感が増すと思います。また、麺が少しくっつきやすく感じたため、もう少しツルツルとした食感があるとより食べやすくなると感じました。

全体的には、美味しくいただける一品であり、特に飲んだ後の締めとしておすすめです。店内の雰囲気やスタッフの対応も良く、居心地の良さもポイントです。

The seasoning of the mazesoba was strong, and the noodles had good texture. However, the toppings felt a bit sparse. I think adding more toppings would increase satisfaction. Additionally, the noodles tended to stick together, so a slightly smoother texture would make them easier to eat.

Overall, it's a delicious dish, particularly recommended as a meal to finish after drinking. The ambiance of the restaurant and the staff's friendly service also contribute to a pleasant...
