IL PAZZINI — Restaurant in Fukuchiyama

The best pizza I've had in Japan so far. Bizarre that I had to come to this little town to find it. They are made in a brick oven to perfection. Bottom is not soggy like I so often find at other pizza restaurants here. The ricotta margherita in particular was very good. Skip the zappole though. We will be coming back to try their other non-pizza dishes as well. Friendly staff and spacious two story eating area. My only complaint is that they do not have hot pepper flakes for the pizza.
