Refuge Sky Café & Dining — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Most definitely the worst “restaurant” I have ever been, Japan or else. I have waited for about 20 minutes for someone from the staff to even ask what I want for food or drink but no one came so eventually I got up and left.

I’m not sure if they ignored me because of my obvious foreigner status or the reason being me solo travelling and them preferring groups due to more cash being harvested from them.

The group of people sitting next to me was serviced within 10 minutes of their arrival and they’ve got their meal before I have left. Only visit this pseudo cafe if you like wasting your time while waiting for customer service which never comes and ruminate about your life while you have a landscape look of the city.

I will highly recommend this restaurant, after look around at observation 3F, go down one floor then you can have a nice meal & dessert is really satisfying experience. The price is not expensive and food is quite delicious. It’s a great experience as a traveler. Definitely will come here again if I have a chance to visit...
