Faré — Restaurant in Fukushima Prefecture

This is a wonderful little place to grab a panini (they have pizza too and they look delicious but I haven't tried one myself yet). I had the chicken, onion and asparagus panini and I loved it! 10/10 would order it again! I didn't care for the salad much, the vinagrette was a tad too bitter for my tastes but other people liked it, and the panini was very filling by itself. And all of it was topped off with a scoop of refreshing ice cream (at time of writing the options were vanilla and caramel, the vanilla was splendid.)

The atmosphere is nice, it's got big windows in the front so there's a lot of natural light coming in and nice background music to match the cuisine. The seating is fairly limited, there were maybe 10 stools around 2 a-symetric tables so if you don't mind eating next to strangers this is a fine place to go. If you're going in a big group, do call ahead to make sure the owner isn't very busy or you may be waiting for your food or even just a seat for quite some time.

たまにはラーメンじゃなくてピザも食べたいなぁ…… でも宅配ピザは高いしなぁ……と探していたら、あるじゃあーりませんか！

その名も「ピザ工房ファーレ」。 写真を見る限りハズレ感ゼロ、しかもお値段もお手頃。こりゃ行くしかないっしょ！

お店専用の駐車場はないものの、すぐ近くにコインパーキングあり。車勢も安心。 というわけで、いざ入店！ 店内は女性店主さんがワンオペで切り盛り中。 ピザだけじゃなくパニーニもメニューにあり。テイクアウトなら100円引き。これは嬉しい。

迷いに迷って「トマトピザ（900円）」を注文。 すると店主さんから「大きいけど大丈夫～？」と一声。

心の声→「ん？ 大きいって言っても宅配のMサイズよりちょっと大きいくらいっしょ」 余裕余裕！と「はい、大丈夫ですｗ」と返答。

パニーニは普段は半分に切ってくれてる。オススメはしないが時間を置いてしまうなら切らずに提供してくれる。野菜類を取り、オーブントースターでパンとチーズのみ温め野菜を戻し食べる事も可能と。温めなくても冷えても美味しかったけどね♪
