Best gyoza! I wanted to try them at Iizaka onsen but restaurants would be close at midday the day I was visiting. So opted for stop over at Fukushima. The wait was totally worth it, got there a little before opening and 20 people were already haed of me, the restaurant is quite small and the enban gyoza take time to cook to perfection. If you're a gyoza lover, this place should be on your list. The gyoza is seriously good—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Service is impressively quick, and even when the place is packed (which it always is), the staff remain friendly and pleasant.

Just a heads up: you will wait. We arrived at 5:05pm, just five minutes after their afternoon opening, and the restaurant was already full with four groups ahead of us. But if you’re willing to wait, it’s absolutely worth it.

This place is popular, at least at lunchtime. Took me about an hour and fifteen min from signing up to the waiting list until I was seated and food was delivered. No problem if the gyoza and the atmosphere had been great.

The price for the gyoza is average and so is the taste. The had a good crunch, but the filling was quite tasteless. Staff was pretty stressed and ran around.
