Location: Easy access from the train station. Atmosphere: Very cosy, has its own style and authentic. Staff: Welcoming, friendly and professional. Food: If you are a meat lover, this is place to eat. They have dishes for vegetarians too. You won't find this level of juicy meat easily in other places. A variety of alcohol and non-alcohol drinks. Price: Value for money. You won't regret it. Every gram to the Yen well spent. Overall experience: Not only do I recommend it, I'm always excited to bring friends there just to see their minds be blown aways...

夜に開店してすぐに予約なしでうかがったところ、予約でいっぱいと言われました。 お聞きした予約の時間まで30分あったので、それまでの時間で食事をしますとお伝えしたところ、入れていただけました。

で、サガリステーキ300g　フライドガーリック、わさびトッピング、ビールをいただきました。 店員の方が塩、胡椒、山椒をステーキの味付けとして持ってきてくれました。 ステーキに山椒というのは初めてでしたが、美味しくいただけました。 ステーキは柔らかく、脂っこくないので300gはぺろっと食べちゃいました。 400gでも1ポンドでも良かったです。 今日のおすすめのモツ煮込みもいただきました。 モツ、人参などの根菜がいい感じの大きさに切られてたので、スプーンですくって食べやすかったです。 モツに全く臭みがなくこちらも美味しかったですね。 七味唐辛子をちょっと追加したかったかな。

なかなかいい値段になりましたが満足しました。伺った日が18日でサイコロで運試しできたのも面白い試みだと思いました。 次に行くときは事前に予約していこうと思います。
