SUGIDAMA Nishi-funabashi — Restaurant in Funabashi

Newly open fish izakaya right across from Minamigyotoku Station exit. The menu is fairly priced which is good so you can try more of their dishes and maybe decide which one is best. I like their version of shumai and appreciate their tempura and sushi. I’d like to go back and try the other dishes next time.

We prefer personal service of human wait staff, not an app. One staff was always checking her phone; maybe she could check customers instead. 2024年7月日曜日12時来店 スシローの居酒屋寿司の新業態店舗と期待して行きました。 JR西船橋駅から徒歩2分。

2人席を予約して行ったが、ガラガラの店内で通されたのは狭い2人席、なので、お願いし４人席に変更してもらいました。 その後も満席になることはなく、 まわりを見渡すと４人席に1人で座っていたり、とにかく接客に気がきかないようでした。

お寿司のシャリは、赤酢のようで高級な雰囲気ですが、盛り付けの工夫はネタは普通の回転寿司並みで、値段の割に期待はすれでしした。

赤だしの味噌汁はエグみがあり、塩味が強く一口口に含んだだけで身震いするくらい塩辛くて高血圧の人にはオススメできません。

さらに残念なのが、モルツの生ビールはモルツ特有のまろやかさとコクがなく、あっさりとして気が抜けた発泡酒のようでした。 ビールを飲むなら瓶ビールが安心ですね。
