Found this hidden gem tucked away at a corner at the end of the street that specialises in baumkuchen.

When we were there in July, which was the melon season, they had the melon baumkuchen which was simply amazing. It was so good it probably even rivalled my all time favourite Nenrinya’s selection.

They also have the soft baumkuchen which tasted pretty decent, as well as the crispy baumkuchen, which had a sweet fragrance and an interesting sticky texture the more you chew.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful and would offer you samples of the different flavours for you to try.

If you ever have the opportunity to visit the area in July, be sure to get their melon flavoured one...

しっとりしたケーキみたいなバウムクーヘン、しかも味がめちゃ濃厚で驚き。後日ホールをリピしました。お高めですけど値段分の価値がある……！以下詳細。

猛暑の中、キグルミが元気に頑張ってたので（熱中症が心配）覗いてみました。クレカ各種使えます。初めてならカット小分けが買えますし、ホール食いしたい人は張り切ってホール買うといいです。買いました。ちなみに一番人気は外側が凸凹カリサクのクリスピーバウムみたいです。リピしちゃったパンプキンのバウムクーヘンは、初回購入時に「南瓜味の洋菓子」をイメージしながら食べたんですが、「冷やした洋風南瓜の煮付けだっけ？？」ってぐらい味も食感もしっとりねっとり南瓜ですごかったです。齧り付いたバウムを2度見してしまいました。南瓜味のバウムじゃなかったです。バウム風味の南瓜。すごい。こんな濃厚な南瓜味、お菓子で可能なんですね。でもちゃんとバウムクーヘンとして成り立ってる、ギリギリの上限いっぱいまで南瓜。すごい。 野菜素材でこんなに濃厚なら、チョコとか相当のチョコ味なんでしょうね。冷凍のクリームチーズアイス系のバウムも期待してしまいます。
