Ordered Koge-Shio Ramen and Debeso-meshi.

Ramen Strong Base goes really well with the Charred Garlic Oil. Teppen! Ramen has topping : Best Bamboo shoot I've eaten in my life.. Asked the mum if it's sold as sides, and it's not. I would love to order more Bamboo Shoots! Chashu topping for ramen is seared perfectly too providing good Texture experience between sides. Interesting!

Debeso Meshi is indeed DABESTO Butadon Thicc cut of Chashu, probably 60% of the Bowl is Chashu. What a bliss.

We sat at the Counter but there's also Seiza seating that can fit up to 4 pax.

One of the best ramen I have had in Hokkaido! I ordered the black garlic ramen (Koge-Shio Ramen) and added a soft boiled egg. Comes with a nice piece of grilled pork, a bit of veggies & heaps of green onions. Broth was fantastic - kind of a smokey, charred taste to the garlic oil that makes it such a distinguished colour. My friends got the tan-tan noodles & they also loved their meals but I didn’t get a photo of that. Service was friendly and efficient - first come, first serve but we timed it perfectly and only waited 5 minutes. Would definitely...

Shina Ramen - broth is mixed between shoyu+Tonkotsu+dashi base. Really umami with a really good smell(fishy) a little bit to the salty side but not too salty. Noodle is good(firm typical ramen noodle) 4/5

Koge Shio Ramen - it’s a shio soup base with roasted garlic(burnt) very interesting taste it’s kind of light but the smell of the burnt garlic really intense overall is good. It’s a must try. 4/5
