ランチでお邪魔しました。 普段は岡崎のキャッツカフェに行くところ蒲郡店に行ってみたが酷い。 注文後45分ほどで注文したオムライスが届きました。 食後にパフェをお願いしてたが待ちたくないのでオムライスが届いた時にすぐにパフェを用意してもらうようにお願いしたのに届いたのはその30分後。

また他のお客さんには入店時に食事は30-40分ほどかかる旨の説明をしていたが私たちにはされませんでした。 小さな子供と一緒だったので先に教えてくれていれば別のところでランチをしました。 嫌がらせのように思いました。 子供を連れてきた私にも非があるかもしれませんが、子供が飽きて泣き出して困る親を見たいのでしょうか。 周りの席の客も厨房1人なのかとか、待ちくたびれている様子でした。 隣の席の人なんて入店後40分後くらいにやっとお水が出てきて注文方法説明してました、怒ってる様子でした。

また厨房の方でガラスか何かが割れるような大きな音がしましたがそれに対して誰も何も言わない。失礼しました、とかないんでしょうか。

また私たちが座っていた席からパフェを作るところが見えていたのですが、一度冷蔵庫から出されたフルーツがしばらく外に出しっぱなのが気になりました。

人手不足なのか分かりませんがもう少し早く提供出来ないのか。 岡崎店でこんなに待たされることは今まで無かったので岡崎が凄いのか。 蒲郡は...
