Tully's Coffee — Restaurant in Gotenba

This café was ok, it has reasonable price and the coffee menu was okay too. I did not like the ambience though - the place was too small and the lighting was poor. Also, there were no electrical outlets. I tried the matcha latte and did not like it, I preferred the matcha latte from Family Mart over this. Nevertheless, the staff was nice and they speak moderate english and they were very polite and accomodating. They also have complete condiments like the sugar, milk, etc... They have a very sanitary place...

NO HOT WATER. What a joke coffee shop. Was with my family, going to order drinks and sandwiches, but my baby twins were hungry, so I went to ask for hot water for their ready to eat meal first. Cashier/barista says no hot water. I said can I buy hot water? No. Can I buy Americano no...

『在庫管理、注文番号が管理できない店舗』 いつもTully'sを愛用させていただいてますが、下記にて表題の件に沿った事がありました。 1.在庫管理が出来ていない。 シーズンごとに変わるパスタ、それとTully'sで人気を誇るナスベーコン、セットのサラダが売り切れでした。 13時30分に訪問したのですが、dinner(夜)の営業、遅くランチをとるお客様に対して、どう対応するつもりなのか理解できません。 他の飲食店にくらべてフードメニューのラインナップが少ないにも関わらず、管理できないのは異常です。 美味しい製品を開発したスタッフが可哀想です。 １日で腐る食品では無いのですから、少し多めに仕入れておけばいいだけです。 この程度の事は中学生～高校生に教えでも10分以内で理解できます。

2.注文番号が管理できない。 注文してから20と記載された、ブザーが鳴る機械(ビーコンかな？)を渡されました。料理かできたらなるといわれたのですが、いつまでたっても鳴りませんでした。 2(に)番の方～！と声が飛び交うので、まさかと思い行ってみる。 私:20番ですけど... スタッフ:こちら、間違いないですか？ 私:はあ、まあ、間違いないですけど... せめてそこは...
