Gujo Tonkotsu Ramen Kanmina Gujo Hachiman Branch — Restaurant in Gujo

We stayed two days in Gujo and ate here on both evenings. In short words: Everything tasted delicously and the service was excellent!

Tipp for foreign tourists: There is an english menu, the owner speaks english fluently, and he is exceedingly helpful and hospitable. He gave us very good hints about other locations in Gujo for having a drink, a breakfast or a meal.

I wasn't that hungry, but I walked past this ramen store and it smelled delicious. I couldn't help myself and had a bowl of their OG ramen. The broth was delicious, the noodle was chewy bouncy. I think it had mustard pickle which help to cut the rich both. I demolished the bowl. It was absolutely 💯...

I had Miso Tonkotsu ramen. Ramen had very thin noodles with thick pork broth (maybe chicken as well?) and marinated pork. The soup taste absolutely outstanding. Need to purchase a food ticket before you sit. I don't recall if they had English translation...
