A small place with excellent food. They only had one item on the menu (an oyster and clam shio ramen), which came in regular or large size, but they do it well and the price is very reasonable. The oyster and clam is noticeable in the soup but not overpowering, plus the noodles and egg are incredible. Drinks are behind your seats and are self-serve, you just pay for what you take at the end. Honestly, I had tried some of the so-called famous Hakodate salt ramen shops before and thought, ‘Is this really it?’ I couldn’t quite understand why everyone called it amazing.
