Excellent quality and very authentic Russian cuisine! We enjoyed the stuffed lamb and tomato pies so much that we got two more for takeout. The decor is fanastic and made us feel like we were in a Russian grandmother's cottage. The owner speaks English well, too. We were elated to hear she started a local LGBT awareness group, which she promotes at her restaurant as well. We bought some awesome socks designed by students in her group. Thank you so much!

Delicious borscht and piroshkis! A very cosy and enchanting restaurant that we chanced upon when we were visiting motomachi area. It’s near the old public ward area, nearer to the Russian Orthodox Church. Very friendly owner and who speaks English. Ordered the hot borscht and apple piroshkis! And also a meat cabbage dish and meat piroshki. All were delicious! Recommended!

It has really good food and a perfect spot to do some Cheburashka spotting. Nearby is the orthodox church, which is another great place to visit and worth entering. If you just need a quick bite, pick up a pirogi!

lovely lovely place wonderful staff excellent atmosphere my friend and i played a game of chess with a really fun set here (i destroyed him) would very much recommend for both the food and for hanging out 😸

One (or two) Pirozhki + the French blend coffee was a blast. The owners are so sweet and the place is very cute and cozy. Went there everyday for coffee time during my stay in Hakodate.

函館元町の３教会近くにある小さなロシア料理屋さんです。 ここでは２０種類以上のピロシキを提供してくれるお店なのです。 私は定番のピロシキとボルシチのセットを注文しましたよ。 ピロシキの具も定番の挽き肉と卵の具でしたが、実はこのお店は鹿肉の具が一番人気らしいですね。 相方はちゃんと(？)一番人気の鹿肉ピロシキとチキンストロガノフのセットを注文していましたね。 ピロシキは、油で揚げているにも関わらず油っこくなくて、凄く食べやすい！！ 多くの人がよくイメージする油っこい衣が被ったあのピロシキとは一線を画す凄い斬新的なピロシキです。 ボルシチは、ビーノでしたっけ？？ あの赤い根菜類でスープが赤いのですが、見た目に反してスッキリしていてそれでいて素材の優しい味がしっかりと出ていて美味しかったですよ。 ロシア料理と言えば結構油がくどいものも多いですが、ここの料理は優しい味で、きっとどなたも喜んで頂けるものばかりでしょうね。 店頭のヤギさんと、店内のチェブラーシカにも注目！！ テイクアウトで再訪！！ 持ち帰りの場合はレンジでチンしてオーブントースターで焼くと美味しいです。
