No doubt the tables by the window offer a better view. I see that this has been the concern of those complaining about being warned by the staffs.

Do note that tables are for reservation and also on a first come first serve basis. If you are not given a table, you should not really go over to the other guest's place and point your camera at the window. It is not rude when staffs give warning but you are rude for doing that in the first place, the observatory is just a few flight of stairs away, you could do all you want in the public space.

Food is good, for a large portion of seafood don set that comes with tempura, japanese pickles, salad, miso soup, tea and dessert, what I paid for...

The view is great but if you didn't reserve the seat next to window. You can't leave your seat to go near the window to have photo. You will be warn and shame in public for not knowing this, the staff told us you can't change seat but nothing about the photo policy. And few of them do not really speak English so at the beginning I don't even understand what they are not happy about and why they're kind of trying to get me...

Terrible service. Sat there for over 30 mins and no one bothered to approach me unless I lost patience. Yet they had the thick face to defend that they thought I was still considering what to order.
