A great road side station for lunch. Authentic Japanese food with a great soft serve. Price is very reasonable, and they also have a gift store with some local produce. Self service so I can’t rate it too high. Will return again...

白馬の豚　ロースカツ定食をオーダー。 ご飯は白馬村の特産品紫舞。 硬めのご飯が好きなので、こちらは好みのお米だった。ビタミン、ミネラル、食物繊維を多く含んでいるとのこと。 豚カツはあぶら程良い脂身で旨味たっぷり、そして柔らかくとても美味しかった。 道の駅の食堂らしく、配膳、下膳がセルフサービスなのは仕方がないが、オーダーしたメニューができたら、自動音声により番号のみで呼び出されるのは囚人感があった。

立ち寄った道の駅。やっぱり蕎麦が長野、白馬はどこも申し訳ないくらい美味い。というのが基準が高いからどこも、美味い。すみません。この駅は歯応え好きにおすすめ。歯応えと喉し良きです。 ツユは標準。蕎麦湯も普通ですが、雪が多い時期の安定感と多くをさばく道の駅としては満足の蕎麦です。隣接して地元の物産品が買えて大満足です。白馬に来るなら寄るべき道の駅かと思います。
