This cozy organic café is located right on the street that leads to Momijidani Park. The café is run by a lovely couple, and the space inside is warm, relaxing, and thoughtfully decorated. They also sell a nice selection of handmade crafts and accessories.
They have a nice range of vegan options, which are pretty rare in this area! Out of their three curry rice dishes, two are vegan—one with chickpeas and the other with spinach. I had a spinach curry and it was filling and tasty. They also offer a variety of healthy enzyme and fermented drink like craft ginger syrup soda.
For dessert, they have vegan-friendly ice cream, including roasted green tea (houjicha) and matcha flavors. I was also surprised to find instant vegan ramen available for sale, which you don’t often see in normal shops.
They offer takeout as well, so it’s the perfect spot to grab a meal or drink while exploring Miyajima. Highly recommended for anyone looking for healthy and delicious...

The Thai curry had a beautiful flavour with a slight hint of spiciness. We also got the house-made mugwort drink which was really nice- it had a mild flavour and we loved how it was something atypical.
This island offers few vegetarian options so we were really glad to come across this cafe as we...
