No English menu. The Pho beef was not how Pho is supposed to be made. Normally you have your noodles and thin sliced beef and perhaps some meat balls in your bowl and next to it you should get a plate of bean sprouts, cilantro, lime parts and Thai basil. So you can add them fresh in your Pho. No lime, no cilantro and no Thai basil in this restaurant though. Also whenever someone enters and leaves the whole staff says stuff in Japanese to say welcome and goodbye kinda disturbing to the peace of eating in a restaurant.
