Mentetsu is really good restaurant that served normal AND vegan ramen dishes. They normally make the dishes with Himeji brown wheat noodle, but I asked for a gluten-free option, so they substituted rice noodles for me. For the vegan ramen, you can choose from four broths: soy, salty, miso, or curry. I had the miso, and it was very tasty and a perfect level of salty. Had the salt ramen with sliced pork. Filled me up and was nice to eat something warm but I was pretty disappointed after eating it. Coulda been worse but coulda been better… For two salt ramen with slice pork it was 2400¥. There seemed to be a lack of options for drinks too. If you like beer you're sorted but no other drinks appeared to be available. Just to bare...
