We visited Himeji castle and were looking for a late lunch spot. A lot of places were closed between lunch and dinner, but thankfully this one was open!
Staff welcomed us in and provided us with English menus. I ordered the ramen with a bunch of toppings (soy sprouts, corn, spring onion, egg). My husband had the set with the rice and fried chicken. We loved our food! They also had Ramune, which was a nice extra. The broth was one of the best I have had. It is made with pork bones and the taste was so rich. The portion was large, yet I happily ate everything because it was so wonderful.
I would definitely come back here and recommend this to anyone seeking good ramen...
