We went here after a flying visit to himeji castle, only had around 4 hours before back on the shinkasen. This place a a MUST, go to the castle first in the morning and then go here, fully plant based inc a shop that sells vegan items we can't get in the uk. Yuki & her bf (& yuki's mum) are lovely, very nice ppl and very welcoming. The food was amazing, we had set menus and im a very fussy eater but I cleaned the plate. I had the soy meat keema curry and my wife had the vegetable sweet and sour stir fry set, she absolutely loved it. On the English menu, we found a variety of tasty meals, drinks, and desserts. We enjoyed the Lunch Meal, which included miso soup, soy stir fry, salad, seasoned rice, and a picked plum. The drinks were refreshing and unusual, from the Hot Lemonade to the Pomegranate juice. The red bean tea was also delicious and warmed the stomach. We found this place while visiting Himeji and I can only say that it was a great experience. We stopped by for lunch where we had the lunch box and a curry with brown rice and minced mock meat. The food was delicious and we topped it up with matcha and chocolate gelato.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere in the restaurant is so cozy and peaceful. They also have a small shop where you can buy some plant based products.
If you are visiting this area you can't miss it...
