The food was not only fresh, it was also of the highest quality both in presentation and flavour. What a great find for us in Himeji. 快閃姬路一日，晚餐本想嘗點別樣風味，可惜不是包場不接Walk-in，就是臨時休業 兜兜轉轉還是回到姬路和牛的懷抱，來到在收藏清單上的和食れんげ 餐廳座位不多，分為多間廂房，沒有預訂估計要慢等，所之當初並未視之為首選 誰知當晚多是與三五知己及親友共聚的客人，獨遊倒能直入吧枱位 身水身汗趕行程，坐落先借柚子チューハイ涼一涼，逾十款口味讓我差點選擇困難 是日お通し是清爽雜菜，即西蘭花、菠菜、金針菇等，不多修飾反而更討喜 不過按照口味喜好，到入戲肉時就不會走清新路線了，開場先裝一下健康吧！ 姫路和牛すき焼き風 紀の夢卵で為店家熱賣的午市定食主菜，晚上則為單點菜式 和牛肉瘦脂不多，幸好看起來老柴，食時不失柔腍，唯獨壽喜燒汁調味甚為重手 伴有紀の夢雞蛋，為日本本地培育的岡崎おうはん雞種所產，標榜放養及用天然食材餵飼 蛋黃佔比較多，富鮮黃橙色澤；和牛蘸點蛋汁後即添香潤，食時甚至覺得鹹度稍減 稱其太過重口味，主要因為薄肉易吸味，套用於豆腐、洋蔥等配料時就恰到好處了 只看菜名已經叫人期待萬分，牛すじ赤八丁味噌グラタン果然色香味俱全 灑滿芝士再焗至焦香帶脆，一舀即見牽絲效果；天冷時吃著邪惡熱鍋，無疑是滋味得很 牛筋彈牙有嚼勁，附帶些少軟腍肉絲，配合發酵香馥郁的八丁味噌，帶出肉味且不死鹹 曾想試試熱氣騰騰的魚鮮土鍋飯，但在別桌得見實物，並非獨食的份量 貫徹餐餐酌量不浪費的原則，加上心水太多，不想只為飽意而用餐，還是改選更好 以軟嫩櫻紅鯛魚鋪面，鯛茶漬け更添上稠濃白芝麻醬，伴隨清澈上湯，得以平衡食感

We had an excellent dinner. although staff only spoke Japanese and we didn't, the menu was like handwritten in Japanese, we were able to select what we liked and everything was delicious! Waitresses were very helpful and friendly, trying all the time making our dinner an excellent experience. My son left his wallet in the restaurant and when we arrived back the owner came out quickly to give him the wallet. thank you very much for the excellent food...

Very good food. They also have menus in English. The waiters don't speak English or any other languages than Japanese, but still with Google translate or something you can manage. The beef is amazing and totally recommend both...
