Boulangerie Four
Situated on the opposite corner of the fringe of Hirosaki Park we stumbled upon this unassuming boulangerie. Stepping into this bakery early morning with the flavours wafting in the air it was the perfect place to take a break. The bakery was featured in the a tourist leaflet (we are from Australia) particularly for their jonathan apple hirosaki pie. My goodness. It was soo good. Together we sampled near every variety and then went back for more!
