We ordered joo nigiri. It was just ok sushi. I found that shari was a bit loose and a bit lack of flavor. Neta was good but cannot overcome the shy tasting shari. Uni lacks depth. Also I was expecting ikura and not tobiko for this sort of price. It will be nice to have someone to explain the types of...

Very friendly grandpa making the sushi. Warm place with great sushi. Didnt speak a word of english (neither did I speak a word of Japanese) but we communicated just fine. Recommended...

Normally you need a reservation but we lucked out and had some amazing local sushi here for dinner. After, we walked back to Hirosaki Park to see the cherry blossoms illuminated at night.

我們由弘前市りんご公園站牌返回本町站大約20分鐘,從站牌到餐廳約5-6分鐘可以抵達，這家餐廳可以接受海外預約也可以使用信用卡。 餐點部份我們點了: 特製太巻き 雲丹丼 特上にぎり 刺身盛り合わせ(うに、マダイ、サーモン、イカ、マグロ) 一夜干し 単品ち握り(うに、いくら、あわび、こはだ、たい、ほたて、えび、とろ、かんぱ ) 基本上除了[雲丹丼]當日的うに甜度比較可惜外，餐點中的トロ、マダイ、えび或ほたて份量和鮮度都相當美味，說到最有特色也超過預期的應該是[特製太巻き]。 [特製太巻き]餡料比傳統花壽司還要豐富，尤其是份量與飽足夠且三種魚卵(数の子、 いくら、まさご)口感、特色與香氣完全不同，加上Q甜的烏賊與軟嫩的マグロ融合在一起只能說吃過絕對會印象深刻。
