個人的感想です。 駐車場はそれ程多くないので、昼のピーク時は駐車大変かも。店内は豚骨のあの匂いが漂うがまだマシな方。カウンター席とテーブル席もそれなりにあるので広め。注文はタッチパネル式。会計は現金&カードOK。無料サービスはラーメンタレや、紅しょうが、辛子高菜が頂ける。この高菜が美味かった。味は辛みが効いてるのでそのつもりで。 麺は結構細めでバリカタとカタの違いが分からなかった（どっちもバリカタ食感）。スープはそこまでクドくなくコッテリしてないが、コッテリも選べる。風味はあまり感じられず。ネギは標準で気持ち程度。ネギ好きなら追加料金で多くできる。チャーシューは薄切り脂身付きで良くも悪くも感じなかった。セットの半炒飯はパラパラで美味かった。 総評として本場の長浜ラーメンとは色々違う点があるが、もちろん店によって特色はあるので、このチェーン店はこういう仕様なのだろう。個人的に美味しいことは美味しいがスープも麺も特徴を感じるには事足りなかった。それでも博多ラーメン大好...
