Gratin shop Ami — Restaurant in Hokuto

Food was good but the service was lazy. Very rare for Japan.

The worst of it all was this... My wife was feeding our son in the corner of he restaurant out of sight of everybody else. There were only two other people in the restaurant. she was using a feeding cape and the lady who owns the restaurant came out and told my friend's husband that MY wife cannot feed our son. And that she had to feed him in the waiting room near the stairs.

The lady didn't even acknowledge me either I am the husband.

Absolutely disgraceful and I will not return.

グラタン専門店ってどんなのー？ という興味本位がきっかけで来店。 2階建のお店は2階メインで厨房と客席があり、1階は満席時の待つスペースのようです。 手作りの装飾品で可愛く飾られた内装が素敵で、2階席という事もありささやかな開放感を感じます。 投稿された口コミを見ていると、接客態度を指摘する声がありましたが、「愛想が悪い」というより黙々と仕事をしているお2人という印象を受けました。 確かに愛想はあまり無いのかもしれないですが、お客様の質問には丁寧に答えられていましたし、一瞬ではありましたが笑顔も見られました笑笑 2人で切り盛りしていると店内に張り紙があったので提供までに時間がかかるのかと思っていたら、セットのサラダを食べ終わる前にグラタン到着♪ グラタンは文句なしに美味しい！流石グラタン専門店！ しかし、男性にとっては少し量が少ないかもしれないです。200円追加でパンをつけてもらいました。個人的にはロールパンではなくバケットの方が良かったです。ロールパンだと少し甘い… 全てのグラタンにミニサラダがセットされるのはモチロン嬉しい！ だけどやっぱり量が少ないので グラタン＋ミニサラダ＋バケット1ピース というセットになればいいなぁと思わずにはいられません。 また機会...
