平日の昼時に利用することが多いのですが、接客がとてもいい。 伊那のチェーン店の中でも抜きん出て接客が洗練されているとすら思う。 マスクをしていても笑顔なのが分かる。 店内で食べて、帰る時に持ち帰りで用意しておいてもらいたい等の勝手なお願いにも快く対応してもらえるのでとても気持ちがいいです。 あとは、店内で食べられる麺類が美味しい。お昼に丁度いい量です。 コロナの中でも気にならないくらい、なぜか店内で食事をしている人が少ないのも助かってます。

ドーナツは大好きなのに、残念。 いつもスタッフの対応の悪さが際立ちます。 カード決済が出来ないのを客のせいにされたり、(結局店の機械が原因だった。)、メニューの上に落ちたドーナツを何事もなかったように箱に詰められたり、研修生が丁寧すぎてスピードが遅くても、隣のスタッフは手を出さない。こっちはずっと待ってるのにおかまいなし。スタッフ間の悪い雰囲気が、客にも伝わっています。昔から通ってる大好きなお店なのに毎回残念な思いをし...
