During my Christmas holiday in Japan, I had the pleasure of visiting this cozy restaurant for afternoon tea, and it was an absolute delight! The desserts were exceptional — the first bite left me completely amazed. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was charming, as seen in the beautifully plated dish. Though it took a bit of time for the food to arrive, it was undoubtedly worth the wait. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back on my next trip to Japan. Highly recommended!

会津観光のおりに昼食を食べるために来店しました。 旅行の前に野口英世記念館の近くで、美味しい昼食を食べられる店を探していたら、この店が見つかり、とても気になっていましたが、来店して期待通りの店でした。 残念なのがランチセットが12時5分の来店で売り切れていたこと。 そこでピザを頼んだのですが、これも美味しかったです。 ピザの生地は厚めのアメリカンスタイルですが、ポテトとベーコンの組み合わせがシンプルながら美味しかったです。結構なボリュームでした。デザートとコーヒーを付けたセットにしましたが、デザートのシフォンケーキもふわふわで美味しかったです。 ハーブを漬け込んだ冷水が美味しく、何回もおかわりをしてしまいました。（この日はカモミールをベースにミントが効いていたと思います。） 店内の雰囲気をとてもよく、窓の外の磐梯山の景色も素晴らしかったです。地元民の方がお客様には多いようですが、駐車場も広いので、観光でよるのもいいと思います。 注意すべきはランチタイム、カフェタイムが明確に区切られているので、2時まではカフェでの立ち寄りが出来ないことです。

Den en was a refreshing surprise. There is a wonderful view of rice fields. Relaxing environment and delightful service.

Food was filling and delicious. We had a set to share and were given a second soup for free 😃.

Speciality kinako drink is recommended.

Suggest to have lunch here when you travel in Lake Inawashiro-ko. Staffs are all nice. We ordered curry rice and upgrade to a set. All served dishes are delicious. It’s great you can also enjoy the view of Mt. Bandaisan...
