Fun to see a sesame crusted smoked cheese dish served with sesame bread, and pasta dishes with rosemary bread that matched the pasta sauces so well. The burnt caramel gelato matched the sophistication of the pine nut tart: slight bitterness from the “burnt” and the subtle sweetness from the pine nuts. オードブルに感動🥺 なかなかのボリュームと野菜の美味しさに感謝🙏 ズッキーニの花のフリッターが今まさに旬の食材で、食べたい一つでテンション上がりました。

帆立とトマトのマリネのパスタを頂きました。パスタは手打ちらしくもちもち感あり。 トマトは甘くて新鮮さが感じられました。ただ、帆立から出るおだしとトマトがパスタに絡むかと期待していたのですが、ちょっと3者がバラバラした感じがあり、期待したイメージではなかったです。帆立は中がまだ冷たくて、ちょっとこれはありかな？と思いながらいただきましたが。
