The store is well located. They just need to train better their staff. My food garnish was obviously less than normal. Also I ordered by mobile and selected to pay by cash at the counter. When I came to pick up, the cashier told me that my check was already paid. So I thought that I might selected to pay by credit card instead. After I left the store and walked for a while, the cashier ran after me and asked to come back at the counter to pay my bill. No apologies or explanation from the staff and his supervisor who was next to him. They were just quiet and looking at their POS screen to make sure that the bill was charged. They thank me and I left the store. I realized later that my change was wrong also. I gave 1000yen and my bill was 667yen but I got 303yen back. Frankly my order was not complicated (only 1 item) and 30yen is not a big deal (i didnt check also). This awkward case will not stop me to use Domino but for sure this store needs a better manager. I recommend this place only as a last resort, until better feed back comes...
Read moreThis has to be the absolutely worst service I have ever experienced in my life. First we walk in to get a pizza after a flight here. And the pizza guy completely ignores us. So I say hello in Japanese. The guy walks up angrily, and as we start ordering her smacks his head every time we tell him something. He then walked off and slammed a bunch of trays over. Then he walks back and slams the trays down with the pizza dough tray and throwing food and stuff around as he is making our pizza. Seriously, it felt like we were being harassed with his aggressive behavior ! We asked calmly if everything Is OK? He just walked off and continued with his behavior. I am in shock with this unprofessional aggression. Truly, I wanted to walk out, but we had already paid for the pizza. I don't exactly understand why he was being so rude towards us, but this is not a way to treat anyone. Let alone paying customers who just wanted simple pizza. In shock, and I will never return !save yourself the trip...
Read moreFirst time to order on-line. It was hell...not user friendly at all. It took about an hour to finalize the order of 3 pizza combos. Got there at 18:33 for a 18:30 pickup. There was a mix-up somewhere but I was able to leave by 18:55. There were only 2 young ladies working there, answering the phone, greeting new customers, checking orders, preparing the pizzas and cooking them, cutting the cooked ones and putting them in boxes, giving out the pizzas to the waiting customers.... And all of that, with smiles. DEFINITELY under staffed but still able to serve the customers. THANK YOU ladies but Domino should consider hiring more and/or consider limiting orders accepted at certain time slots... Labor shortage is rampant in Japan but the situation was...
