OMG amazing coffee on Ishigaki Island!

I'm big into coffee and I've been surprised withhow many great coffee places there are on the island. There really seems to be a thriving coffee culture but Standuct is the winner.

Ka-chan is such a friendly owner of the coffee truck and is a fantastic barista. Not only is the coffee amazing but he also stocks Vegan Cookies made by a bakery in Tokyo!

It's quite hard to find good vegan options on the island but getting to sip great coffees with my friends in the island sun, chatting with Ka-chan while he was playing chilled music from his stall and getting to eat amazing vegan cookies I just thought that it couldn't get much better than this!

100% recommend...

Please add your hours!! We came twice from a distance for a coffee and both times it was closed. Actually the last time it seemed open but when I walked up he said they are closed. Please consider your customers and the time they take on visiting your business.
