This little bakery completely surprised me. I went there for breakfast and honestly, I’ve rarely had bread this fresh, flavorful, and full of character. Not because it was heavily seasoned, but because the ingredients were special and so well chosen. I had a paprika bread, a chocolate croissant, and a sweet plum pastry with pistachios, along with a café latte and everything was absolutely delicious. I left genuinely happy.
The service was wonderful, and the selection was impressive, especially considering how small the village is. Everything smelled amazing and tasted freshly made. The ambience was beautiful, a bright, natural space with a winter garden view, surrounded by nature. It was peaceful, calm, and just lovely.
