Osteria＆Pizzeria Felice — Restaurant in Itoshima

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming Italian osteria.

To start, I ordered the fresh salad which tasted like it had just been picked, with a wonderful crispness and brightness.

For my main course, I had the pizza which was simply outstanding. The crust was perfectly charred and chewy, yet thin enough to enjoy without filling up. The tomato sauce was so fresh and flavorful. The mozzarella was melted to perfection. I could tell all the ingredients on the pizza were top-notch.

The highlight of the meal was the Itoshima pork dish. The pork was locally sourced and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The rich, savory flavors of the pork were enhanced by the excellent preparation. This osteria really knows how to source and cook excellent ingredients.

The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lovely owner even invited us back into the kitchen to take pictures of their beautiful brick oven, which imparted wonderful char and smoky notes to the pizza. Her hospitality made the experience even...
