On 27 december 2024, friday at 1am in the morning, there were two people wearing grey and yellow, one wasn’t wearing mask and the other one kept touching his mask. it was very unhygienic. they kept touching everything like their pants then followed by touching the food. they did the order with no sense of urgency and were very slow. the fries were over cooked. there were many instances where they touched the food without gloves and then touched the pants then touched his mask. there was even once where he rubbed his nose and thereafter pulled up his mask and continued grabbing the lettuce for the burger. it was very disgusting and utterly disappointing to receive this service. we waited almost 30 minutes even though we were the only ones there. i hope you take...

The outside looks ordinary but the inside of the shop is well decorated and clean. The burger bun is soft and chewy. The zeppin cheese one is amazing! The location is also not bad, it’s inside the Aeroplaza next to JR line. can easily access to the T1 KIX but not as crowded as the shops inside T1. Price also reasonable and the shop is spacious. Recommended for those who love a peaceful place to chill while waiting for the your flight. Another thing I like is when ordering food on the tablet in English. A nice place to eat for foreigners in Japan. The food is good and I’m glad to taste the Okonomiyaki burger, somewhat a healthier burger choice. Pair it with a melon soda and you will love it.
