Late-Night Delight at Nakau: A Kansai Airport Terminal 1 Must-Try"
Arriving at Kansai Airport after a long flight from Sapporo, I was looking for a quick and satisfying meal before heading to a bench in Terminal 1 to wait for my next early flight. That's when I stumbled upon Nakau, a 24-hour noodle and rice place within Aeroplaza in Terminal 1.
As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a variety of options, but I decided to try the Soba with tempura bits. To my delight, the soup was hot and filling, just what I needed on a cold winter night. I also added a raw egg, which added a unique twist to the dish and elevated its flavor even further.
The prices at Nakau were a pleasant surprise, with the soba and egg costing just 400 yen and 80 yen, respectively. And, as an added bonus, water was available for free, making it a fantastic value for a late-night meal.
I was pleased with my experience at Nakau, and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling through Kansai Airport Terminal 1. Whether you're looking for a quick bite in the middle of the night or a satisfying meal before your next flight, Nakau is the perfect spot. Don't miss out on this hidden gem in...

They have beer and fried chicken kaarage as various set options so if you are looking for beer🍺 to drink, you are covered!
Help yourself to the free flow water at the station!
You can order from an automated machine and select English language which is great! Pay at the cashier with your ticket once you finish ordering and they will flash your number on the LED screen when your food is ready...

When the dish arrived, I flipped the chicken over and found that one side was raw and pink. At the time, I thought it was just a difference in Japanese food culture and didn't think much of it, so I ate it. However, after boarding the plane, my stomach started to hurt, and I eventually had to go to the airplane bathroom. I had diarrhea. Until I returned home, I continued to feel unwell, and as soon as I got off the plane, I rushed to the bathroom again, and it continued at home. I don't think I'll be eating at this restaurant again in the future! (Because my bowel movements were normal and smooth before boarding in the morning and at noon, and the only meal I had before boarding was from this restaurant, I believe it was indeed the food from this restaurant...
