多くの高評価から期待してお邪魔させていただきましたが料理は非常に残念でした。店員さんの活気や店内満席状態で一見雰囲気は良さげに見えましたが料理に関しては価格に見合ってない貧相な一皿一皿、見た目通りの内容。注文した品全てに言えますが個人的に特に酷く感じたのは地鶏のタタキです。細かく刻まれたカスのような極少量の鶏肉はタタキとは程遠くしっかりと火が通ってカスカスでカリカリ。鶏肉をそんなに細かく刻んで炙ったらそりゃそうなるしそれはもうタタキではない。タタキとは？そんな気持ちの最中、店員さんからの「他何かご注文ありますか？」と。絶句です。あるわけがありません。気持ちが滅入りすぎて即座に店を出ました。何が魅力でこのような高評価がついているのか謎でしかありません。期待して足を運ばれた方の中には同じような思いをした方もい...

お寿司のネタが大きく、新鮮で美味しかったです。 お刺身の盛り合わせは必須で頼むべきメニューだと思いました。

魚が本当に美味しいです。普段から魚が好きで味にはうるさい方なのですが、造りの鮮度には驚きました。唐揚げも評判通りで日本酒も豊富でマリアージュを楽しめます。ぶらりと立ち寄った出雲市で、たまたま見つけたお店でしたが、美味しい日本酒と料理を満喫できて、出会いを感じました。鶏の唐揚げにマリアージュさせてもらいたくて選んで貰ったお酒の名前を忘れてしまったのが残念ですが、あの組み合わせは、旅の良い思い出になりました。出雲市に行くときは再訪確実です。なにだったかなぁ。。。あの荒しぼりの日本酒。本当に美味かったです。
