What a quaint little Izakaya in a neighborhood area, not in the main touristy area but rather tucked away in a residential area, run by a mother and sun, small little Izakaya, but what it lacks in size it delivers in delicious dishes. Every single dish we tried was made fresh, we had to wait a little for the food as it is a small place and every single dish is freshly made, but they were utterly delicious. Sashimi was so fresh and delicious, eggs were fluffy, sweat and creamy, eggplant put together with meat was just brilliant, grilled chicken was so juicy and grilled perfectly, even a simple garlic fried rice was made with hand squeezed fresh garlic which made it taste delicious. A wonderful find using Google reviews and glad we made it out of the main touristy spot to try this gem of a restaurant.

The owner has another cafe shop in front of Izumo Taisha, named “Koharu”. Nice cafe serving breakfast. We met him again the next morning. So coincidence!🤣👍
