Ramen is taste like “ ie-kei” ramen, but wait person won’t ask any of your preference like, thick/thin noodle, more oil or stronger flavor etc. it’s first time for me coming here and nothing was known so just ordered an chashu-men shown in the pictures. Chashu is almost my favorite but I preferred more marble one, it was still a little bit lean and dry. “Kaedama” is free, that’s the only good point in first visiting but ramen and shop will not pull me back again.

The bowl created by these こだわり (kodawari - dedication and attention to detail) is truly a blissful taste. In particular, I feel that the Green Onion Ramen with Soy Sauce Flavor is a special ramen that can only be tasted at Tonchan Kamagaya. 豚骨ラーメンとんちゃん鎌ヶ谷店さんは、まさにこだわりの塊です！ 【こだわりの背脂】 口に入れた瞬間に広がる、とろけるような甘みとコク。 【こだわりの自家製麺】 スープとよく絡み、小麦の風味豊かな、もちもちとした食感。 【こだわりのボリューム】 お腹も心も満たされる、大満足の一杯。 【ネギラーメンしょうゆ味】とんちゃん鎌ヶ谷店さんを中心に半径5km圏内に勝るラーメンを私は知りません！ これらのこだわりが織りなす一杯は、まさに至福の味わいです。 特にネギラーメンしょうゆ味は、他では決して味わえない、とんちゃん鎌ヶ谷店さんだけの特別なラーメンだと感じます。

二郎系インスパイアの開拓をしたく、夕食時に来店。 食券などはなく、入店後はそのまま座ってメニューから注文。 とんG郎ラーメンのヤサイアブラマシ、ニンニクだけマシマシを選択。 ちなみにニンニクヤサイアブラのマシまでは無料だが、マシマシからは追加で料金がかかる。 初めてなので様子を見て麺マシはしなかったが、多すぎも少なすぎもせず、麺量は直系の並とほぼ同等と考えて良い。ヤサイはマシでも控えめ。 甘い背脂が大量と、しっかり分厚い大判のチャーシュー１枚、そしてニンニクがレンゲ２杯分以上。ボリュームがある。 ニンニクが好きすぎてお金払ってでもニンニクマシマシにして欲しい自分のような人からすると非常に嬉しい。ニンニクは粗めで、辛さは５段階で２くらい。バリバリ辛いわけではなかった。足りなければペーストのにんにくがあるので追いも可能（ペーストなので辛くはない） スープは非乳化で、薄ければカエシが置いてあるので調整可。 比較的あっさりめで、インスパイア特有の万人に食べやすい味の濃さになっている。麺もワシワシ、食べごたえ抜群。 一応店員に説明されるが、G郎シリーズに替え玉は適用されない事は注意したい。（出来たらヤバい）

基本、二郎系の店の雰囲気からして急ぎ気味で食べることが多いが、レンゲもあるのと、どこか定食屋のような雰囲気があってここでは急かされずゆっくり味わいながら食事を楽しむことが出来た。 卓上調味料が多く、自分好みに味変もOK。凄い。 そして値段は今回1100円に届かない。こちらも凄い。

テーブル席があるので数人で喋りながら食べることも可。 しかしながら、カウンターとテーブルが近いので、ただ黙々と静かに食べたい人からすると落ち着かないかもしれない。 逆においしい二郎系を数人で食べに来ることもできる。

口コミにあった店員に関する話は自分が行ったときは特に感じなかった。少なくともホールに１人常駐していた年配の女性店員は非常に丁寧だった。 駐輪場・駐車場あり、クレカ支払い可。 コスパ味ともに素晴らしかった。 通いたいレベルで...
